Film dari The Place Where the Sun Sits (2014) bersinopsis Mantan teman sekelas SMA, sekarang sudah dewasa, menyimpan pikiran cemburu, niat tersembunyi dan nafsu untuk membalas dendam. Lulusan sebuah SMA telah mengadakan reuni sejak mereka lulus 10 tahun lalu. Sekolah menengahnya sendiri terletak 2 jam dari Tokyo dengan kereta api dan reuni sebelumnya diadakan oleh tim yang berbeda untuk wilayah yang berbeda. Reuni yang akan datang adalah pertama kalinya semua orang berkumpul lagi.
