Film dari The Japanese Wife Next Door (2004) bersinopsis Film erotis “‘Pinku’” yang keterlaluan dan gila-gilaan yang senang melanggar beberapa tabu, dengan cara unik yang hanya bisa dilakukan oleh film Pinku! Cerita dimulai dengan pekerja kantoran Takashi, yang suatu malam berbagi minuman dengan dua wanita “Mina dan Sakura”. Nasib turun tangan dan dia akhirnya menikahi Sakura “yang diperankan oleh JAV Idol berdada, Reiko Yamaguchi”. Pasangan pengantin baru itu pindah ke rumah keluarga Takashi “bersama saudara perempuan, ayah, dan kakeknya”, tetapi dorongan seks nymphomaniac Sakura segera mulai menimbulkan ketegangan. Ketika Takashi mulai goyah dalam tugas perkawinannya, Sakura beralih ke anggota keluarga lainnya untuk memuaskan nafsu nympho-nya….
